The introduction course to the world of coffee has an operational approach and involves various practical tests.
Dates of the course 2016:
11th October in Lipomo (CO) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 5pm
3rd November in Monastir (CA) at the branch office Altogusto centro sud from 9am to 6pm
17th November in Sassari at Caffè&Caffè from 9am to 6pm
- Choice, use and management of the working tools.
- Preparation of Espresso and Cappuccino.
- Identification and solution of possible defects of Espresso and Cappuccino.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from ALTASCUOLA COFFEE TRAINING.
Duration: 8 hours.
Restricted to a maximum of 6 participants.
