The course focuses on how to achieve overall quality to ensure maximum satisfaction of the consumer and of shopkeepers and their suppliers. The course is divided into a theoretical part and a practical tasting part.
Dates of the course 2016:
25th October in Monastir (CA) at the branch office Altogusto centro sud from 9am to 6pm
- Evaluating the sensory quality of the blend
- Optimal management of the coffee machine and grinder-doser
- Certified Italian Cappuccino
- Sensory analysis practice of Espresso and Cappuccino
At the end of the course, participants will receive an Espresso Italiano Specialist Certificate.
Duration: 8 hours.
Restricted to a maximum of 15 participants.
