The course has a mainly theoretical approach, with many hands-on demonstrations to explore the fascinating world of alternative extraction methods.
- Introducing participants to the world of alternative Espresso extractions.
- Examining and illustrating the different grinding profiles to optimise coffee extraction.
Coach: Andrea Antonelli (Italian Latte Art Champion 2008 – 2009 – 2010 -2011; Word Latte Art Finalist 2009).
At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from ALTASCUOLA COFFEE TRAINING.
