The course will allow you to become coffee tasters, learning how to evaluate one of the most popular beverages in the world. The course is divided into a theoretical part and a practical tasting part and ends with an exam.
Dates of the course 2016:
24th October in Monastir (CA) at the branch office Altogusto centro sud from 9am to 6pm
- Espresso tasting
- Judging with our sensory organs: look, aromatic profile and taste
- Using the tasting sheet
- Application of the tasting method and educational evaluations of Espresso coffee
- The production chain
After completing the course, participants will receive the IIAC Coffee Tasting Licence
Duration: 8 hours.
