The introduction course to the world of coffee has an operational approach and involves various practical tests.
Dates of the course 2018:
20th February in Lipomo (Co) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 6pm
10th April in Lipomo (Co) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 6pm
12th June in Lipomo (Co) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 6pm
- Choice, use and management of the working tools.
- Preparation of Espresso and Cappuccino.
- Identification and solution of possible defects of Espresso and Cappuccino.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from ALTASCUOLA COFFEE TRAINING.
Duration: 8 hours.
Restricted to a maximum of 6 participants.
