The course has a mainly theoretical approach, with many hands-on demonstrations to explore the fascinating world of alternative extraction methods.
Dates of the course 2018:
20th March in Lipomo (Co) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 6pm
22th May in Lipomo (Co) at Milani S.p.a. from 9am to 6pm
- Introducing participants to the world of alternative Espresso extractions.
- Examining and illustrating the different grinding profiles to optimise coffee extraction.
At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from ALTASCUOLA COFFEE TRAINING.
Duration: 8 hours.
