At the Host17, Caffè Milani is attending with an innovative exhibition stand, that offers a definitely original experience: a path in the history of coffee, in its technologies and its consumer experience; “Degustazione storica. Caffè e metodi di estrazione, dal 1900 a Oggi” is an excursion in the history of coffee in different ages and according to the many methods of its preparation. L’Espresso, symbol of the “Made in Italy”, today doesn’t have the same aroma, flavor that were used to sip our great-grandparents; What was the savor of the coffee in the past, and how will it be in the future? To find the answer at this kind of questions and to understand how the coffee cup was obtained with the characteristic creamy hazelnut, with a full bodied intense aroma that persists in smell and taste, Caffè Milani recovers from its own collection and exposes coffee machines coming from three different epochs, that represent three fundamental changes in the “way of doing coffee”. The blends that had been used in the past, have been recognized. For visitors who would like to experience a guided tour in the coffee chain production that conduces from the drupes to the coffee cup, from the green coffee to the roasting, to the different methods of extracting – both bar and domestic – Saturday 21 October, 2017, at 2:30 pm, Caffè Milani will provide a bus, with a round trip, from Fiera Milano Rho, to the establishment, located in Lipomo (CO) to visit one of the most important museums dedicated to the training and diffusion of the coffee culture, recently inaugurated, Esposizione Caffè Milani.
