We will be located inside the large stand “I Narratori del Gusto” in pavilion D3 21-61, where you will enjoy the pure taste of our coffee or combine it with confectionery specialties.
Espresso System Milani, the new project will be our protagonist. It has been designed to meet needs of restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry and coffee shops, hotels and in general for businesses with medium service volume, which includes the “Espresso System Milani blend” in beans, ideal for high quality espresso coffees, and four single origins proposed in capsules: Brazil Santos Cereja Madura, Ethiopia Sidamo, Papua Estate Plantation and Guatemala Genuine Antigua.
To genuinely appreciate the characteristics of coffee we entrust you in the hands of our “Narratori del Gusto”, professional figures with a profound gastronomic knowledge and narrative skills to describe the sensorial characteristics of food farming products.
Inside the stand we will also carry out interactive and sensorial games, training seminars on blends and single origin coffees, many coffee tastings to sense the pure taste of coffee or together with pastries or chocolate.
For all operators Sigep 2018 will be a good chance to know and understand the world of coffee, chocolate and pastries. Above all it will be useful to discover new combinations that can capture customer needs and fully satisfy them.
