They are generally sweeter and more aromatic when consisting only of Arabic qualities while are more full-bodied and stronger when blended with Robusta beans.

Milani’s best blends have obtained the "Certified Italian Espresso" certification, according to the strict provisions for production set out in the technical specifications no. 0008 developed by the Italian Espresso National Institute, of which Milani was a promoter and founding member.
